Welcome to FLYTE Academy
FLYTE Academy is a financial literacy program designed to train and enlighten youth about the possibilities that can come from managing one’s finances. We have been teaching financial literacy to disadvantaged teenagers for over five years with the Tavis Smiley Foundation. Our goal is to reach the masses providing them with the principles needed to live a financially free lifestyle while utilizing technology and basic mathematic skills.
Our Mission is to develop young leaders while unlocking the door to a world of financial possibilities.
We aim to provide a way to eliminate poverty by educating students, in addition to working with the community and general public to help academically enrich young minds.

HONESTY
Financial independence requires honesty in all things. One is never truly financially free if one does not display this main core value in their daily life.

RESPONSIBILITY
One must be responsible for his/her own actions, holding themselves accountable for their own financial success.

Financial independence requires one to be responsible for their actions and personal conduct daily.

INTELLIGENCE
Financial principles require one to have the capacity to learn, reason and understand the different steps involved to becoming financially independent.

RESPECT
It is important to show respect for others when learning to live financially independently because there is no “I” in team.

To succeed in the world of money, one must learn to persevere through bad breaks and their own mistakes.
